Two weeks of running crossed off on my Project Mojo plan with 37 miles of running plus run reporting at Gunnersbury parkrun and then volunteering as a marshal at Pitshanger junior parkrun. The Son returns from Japan next week although jet lag will stall his return to running. I’ve also:

No change on my weight but that’s normal at the start of my training plan. I am eating smaller portions, not snacking, and sticking to healthier food. The excess weight tends to start falling off from the 4 week mark.
