The ‘Battle of the Bed’ was won by The Son and my determination to go for a run with him before his trip to Japan failed miserably. Instead I had the pleasure of joining Other Dan at Northala Fields parkrun again. I took things easy this week with a gentle jog in humid conditions as preparations for the 4th Summer League fixture scheduled for the next day.
