A gentle run for me this week at Gunnersbury parkrun in a bid to save my legs for the first 2014 Summer League fixture on Sunday. The Son was busy building a fortress of no exit on his bed while I pootled round Gunnersbury Park before tucking into some scrambled egg on toast.
