The morning after the night before. The night before being the Eagles track night.

That’s before I made it to Gunnersbury Park.
My second run on the Gunnersbury parkrun winter course, which stays on the tarmac paths and not the drenched grass sections that form the normal start and finish straits. I could barely run as my legs were in so much pain. Here’s hoping that this acts as a nice recovery long before my long run tomorrow.
