And…. breathe!
An enforced break from parkrun due to The Son attending school rugby practice on a Saturday morning but now I am back to my normal parkrunday schedule. Gunnersbury has moved onto a winter course due to the bogs on the grass sections used on the start / finish strait. Today I was meant to be taking it easy but got caught up trying to spin my legs on the all tarmac winter course just to see how fast it was (I think it’s faster than the regular course).
