A gentle parkrun at Gunnersbury this week because the first fixture of the cross-country league takes place tomorrow. Today is my last parkrun in the SM35-39 category *boo* *hiss* although I do get to just sneak into the cross-country season as a senior male still due to my birthday being the day before the first race.
