Last week I completed:
A tough track session on the Tuesday, an 8 mile run to Tower Bridge and back, parkrun and a Sunday long run.
I had planned to run 20 miles on my Sunday long run but effectively broke myself at parkrun by going all gung-ho in a successful attempt to break sub-23. My overall mileage is not that high but the weekend long runs are becoming bit of a pain as I need to get up earlier and earlier to avoid impacting my family too much. I then end up falling asleep on the sofa in the afternoon.
On Sunday I have the Ealing Half and will be taking it easy before a last 20+ miler the following week.
