Tough being back back in the office today. My legs are aching from the non-stop running so I made this an easy day by running 2km on the gym treadmill. Time was against me as well due to a full diary so I only just managed to make it to the gym, grab some lunch at the salad bar, and get back to my desk for the next conference call.
