Another good running week with a sneaky cycle ride with The Son. I have started looking at 16 week marathon training plans in preparation for the Richmond Park Marathon. It’s probably a bit early to start the plan but I want to try to ease myself into running on the same days now so that I can seamlessly move into training mode.
