Weekly Stats

No parkrun this week due to other commitments (what is more important than parkrun?!?!?!?!?) but I did head out with the Eagles for a cracking Sunday afternoon 14 mile run through a clear & crisp autumn day. I also ran a couple of parkrun freedom runs at Wormwood Scrubs to put my new trail shoes and XC spikes through the mud. Next week I am volunteering with The Son as marshals at Gunnersbury parkrun before I head out in the afternoon to run at the London Cross Country Championships at Parliament Hill.
