Yet another run around the Isle of Dogs footpath during my lunch break and my times are getting slower each and every day. I look forward to the warm of embrace of July as the Juneathon challenge will finally end. I am certainly hitting the miles this month but the quality has dipped thanks to the removal of my shorter speed work sessions.
Tonight I settled down to watch the Portugal vs Spain football match and Mrs Dan joined me for a while. Her first piece of commentary? “Ronaldo is beautiful”. My none to subtle *cough* just elicited a “well… he is”. I am sadly overshadowed by the preening Portuguese poser.
