Things are progressing well in my bid to get some speed back into my running to get my 10k time back under 50 minutes and then my half marathon time under 2 hours for the first time. Last week I was able to get my 2 scheduled runs on the treadmill during my lunch break before a good hour of cardio of karate on Saturday. During the evening I went for a walk with Mrs Dan around Burnham Beeches (more on that in a later post), which proved a bit adventurous as we got a bit lost, before running the Bupa London 10,000 on Sunday. Another quality week of exercise.
