Another cracking week of running, biking, and karate. I was able to get out for a long run in a period where it was not raining and had a couple of speed work sessions on the gym treadmill during lunch. The Son is still keen on the cycle loop of Richmond Park, which we tackled twice thanks to the UK bank holiday Monday, and then I had a tough hour at karate that included a lot of cardio.
