I missed my previous long run, although that would have been counted in the stats posted last week, but also 3 scheduled training runs during the week thanks to the time I spent in hospital. Instead I went for a relatively short run on Saturday just to make sure I felt fine, which was a psychological thing rather than a physical check, before running the adidas Silverstone Half Marathon on Sunday (race review to follow in the next few days). Next week I plan to be back out on my normal schedule and back into training for the Brighton Marathon.
