A good week for running as I hit or exceeded the targets for all my scheduled runs. My mileage drops this week on my plan as Sunday is pencilled in as a half marathon race or a brisk 15 mile training run but I am running the adidas Silverstone Half Marathon the Sunday after so I am going to follow the reduced runs this week but swap the long run to 17 miles on Sunday and the half marathon race is moved to the week after.
