Another week of marathon training and I was just a sliver under my planned mileage, which annoys me a little as it would have been nice to hit the 30 mile barrier but I’ll take it given that I had to cut my long run half a mile short due to the bad weather. My legs feel a bit tired after the recreational bike ride around Richmond Park but we had a great time and I might try to slot a few more rides in if possible.
