Janathon 2012 – Day 26: grinding the miles out.
Now that I am feeling pretty much back to normal I decided to head to the gym again today even though it would normally be a rest day. I had missed so many scheduled running days up to this point that it seemed fine to jumble the schedule a bit and make up for lost time. The gym currently has 1 of the 3 treadmills out of order so I made sure to get over there during the morning so that I could run a gentle 4 miles.
